When requesting a custom scented candle and/or wax melts, we just ask that you give us 1-3 days to find your requested scent. Communication in key and the moment we find your scent, we’ll contact you!
After finding the requested scent(s), we ask you give us a week and a half, at max, before the product comes out to you and the public. We ask this strictly for purchase, shipping, and making purposes.
Once your scent is ready to go, we’ll message you photos of the finished result of your custom request, after that we will then post your candle(s)/wax melts on the website for you and everyone else to enjoy!
